Foods To Avoid, Also Known As Food Triggers
If you suffer from migraines frequently, then you probably already know that what you put into your body will affect the outcome of your symptoms and the severity of pain you will feel while encountering a migraine attack. I have done some research for you on foods and drinks that you should try your best to avoid. Just like everything in life, you will have to get your body adjusted to eating what is best for the migraine sufferer before actually feeling the results. It should only be a few days to a week before feeling the difference. There are many types of people and many types of migraines, so each and every one of us are different and will get different results. What might work for me might not work for you. What might trigger my migraines might not be what triggers yours.
