Need Relief From Your Migraine?
A few things that come to mind, for any kind of relief from the pain you are feeling from your Migraine. I would recommend a dark room, an ice pack, the stores have some new packs that are really convenient out now.
One of those night eye mask that keep all light out comes in handy. You will want to have your room as dark as possible. A great friend or family member to watch your kids or loving animals for you is always a blessing! If you don’t have a helping friend or family member to help out, then you want to have something in the freezer that will only take you a few minutes to cook for their dinner.
Frozen Pizza, Pot Pies, TV Dinner or Michelinas are a great choice too. Dinner in 5 minutes or less! Then back to bed you go! If Dad is around, but isn’t usually a big help around the house, maybe you can promise him something special as soon as you are feeling better, maybe a special dessert with whipped cream or something like that, to help you out. You will want to have lots of water available.
Oh yeah, ear plugs. Ear plugs keep all that little noise that sounds like a freight train out of your head. You don’t want to clean anything up with any strong smelling detergents and if you are an incense person like myself, you do not want to burn any scent of incense at all until your migraine is totally vanished.
Me, myself ,like Chiropractors, if you have never been to one, they are something you just might enjoy! They can give you a shock treatment that actually relaxes your body & helps ease the pain from your head. There are other things that I am missing but will add them to another post later.
